Refund policy

At Sereny™, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges are available for items meeting the same conditions.
